Cynthia B. Overton is a costume designer and technician as well as an educator. She will receive her MFA in Design with an emphasis in costumes from The Ohio State University in May 2020. She is a researcher and enjoys discovering how people dressed and lived in the past as well as what would be in fantasy and futuristic settings.
